DAY 1. 23 DEC 2007.

was at the airport at around 7pm. wonderful time spent before leaving singapore, cause my best friend came to send me off!! =DD a million smiles. caused we haven't met up for ages, and i mean really long. ooo!

DAY 2. 24 DEC 2007.

we arrived at 4 am (local time) and 6am at brisbane airport. the flight was tiring man. no rest in the resort, the itenary starts immediately. checked in at koorablyn resort. it's a farm stay sort of thing. and it was kinda boring. horse riding. sheep shearing. cow milking and stuffs. i was whining the whole time due to my lack of sleep! haha.

DAY 3. 25 DEC 2007.

woke up really early this morning. still not really used to the difference in timing, though it's only 2 hours. and it's christmas day! spending it in gold coast. yeah had an hour plus of bus ride down to the city area, gold coast. surfers paradise. stayed in legends hotel. :) rather nice place actually. we reached at 10am and the hotel rooms werent ready yet. the tour guide brought us around the area. their beach is really nice! the waves are really strong and the sand is really soft and fine. nice nice. as it was christmas, many shops weren't open for business. except for fastfood, chinese restaurants and a couple of souvenier shops. i received a deck of aussie sheila playing cards from one of the shop owners as an xmas gift. heh! :D we walked around the area. had an optional gloworm tour at night. and our tour guide den was a singaporean! he is studying in aussie and that was his part time job. and he used to be from kranji sec! what a coincidence. yeah.
